i have mine with 205/50/R16, with original springs and suspension. it rubs with road imperfection or when more than 3 people in car at back seat. i want to lower it a couple of inches with new springs. do you think it will rub more? dealer tells me the new springs are stronger and they support more weight so rubbing should even be less.

Hi pab! the size of your tyres are just fine for yaris, however if you finds them rubbing then you should probably check on the width or the offset of your rims.. The guy at your shop was right, if you replace your standard coil springs with the sport ones, it will be less bouncy and hopefully less rubbing. Tanabe NF210 is great for your case, should try them!! |
