Headlight Problem
I have this problem where every 3 months I have a headlight blow out...It seems that every time I drive more than 200 miles at a time I loose a headlight. Can anyone provide some insight? This is getting expensive! I even use a small bit of bulb grease ever time I change them!

Maybe your/the mechanic's hands are always oily at the moment of bulb install? That's a pretty common bulb killer.

I always use gloves and bulb grease when I install...No, I don't put the grease on the bulb ...just the connector...I use silverstar ultras....maybe I'll try a different brand to see if that is the reason |

"bulb grease"??? I've never heard of that... Does the bulb manufacturer recommend it? Maybe try installation without it.
