This thread has me a little worried. I just purchased some 18x7.5 rims with a 36mm offset. Should I be worried about them protruding from the fenders in the front of my 07 Yaris?

Crazy rubbing!!

Go for 195 tires if possible... and don't think about lowering the ride.

Thanks guys. I just canceled my order for the 18s. I think I found some that I'm going to go with: 17x7 with an offset of 45. Those should work if I go with 205 tires , right?

Yeah.. that's as good as you can get with a 17" wheel on the Yaris.

Your tires of choice should be 205/40/17

Good choice. 18's are just way to big for our cars especially 18's that wide
