Here is the picture of the top brackets



Here is the lower ones



about the only way you could make them more substantial is to weld on triangle gussets to the top bracket. The only problem with that is then you could no longer install the factory seatbelts as well... If you are interested in that, I can do yours like that Tamago. However, remember that the bracket would be weakest bending past 90, but the bracket is also angled downward, so the forces acting on it would essentially have to twist the bend, if that makes any sense.

i already have a harness bar, i'm playin devil's advocate right now. ;). i'm just curious why you dont weld it solid (do the yarii vary THAT much at the B pillars? Sparco bars are welded solid and don't seem to have fitment issues)

what size bolt are you using to fasten that bracket (upper) and what did you put inside the actual bar tube to thread the bolt into?

don't get me wrong, i'm just asking the questions no one else is asking.. more worried about colors and pads
