Right out of my cars papers, yes.

This is the official data from the Toyota UK website:

Some of the Uhaul trailers have crazy long tongues. A longer tongue makes it easier to back up without jackknifing as quickly.

fmicle's picture is a good example:

Length is not a factor. What is a factor is the actual weight, and the tongue weight of the trailer in question. Find out those numbers and post them up.

My hitch was rated for 2000 pounds and my trailer was roughly 1200lbs fully loaded. I had no problems with power but the trailer controlled the car more than I controlled the trailer0-0

If you towed 1200lbs for 700 miles then I'm not gonna sweat towing my motorcycles to the track. Was the hitch a rental or do you still have it installed? Any idea of the make/model of the hitch? Thanks.

I bought the hitch. I haven't gotten around to taking it off. I believe it was a Curt Class 1 sport hitch. No place nearby had it in stock AT ALL, I had to order it from advance. I plan on using it later to haul my quad around. You can call U-Haul to see if they have it. The weight of the trailer tried to throw the car around alot. I also ended up in the middle of the first intersection I came to due to the huge increase in braking distance. This is not something that someone inexperienced with trailers should attempt.
