Go to your local Home Depot (or equivalent hardware store), and locate their garage door bottom seal section. I got the brand that's called Frost King. There are other brands out there, but I like how the Frost King brand sits.

I used double sided tape (extra strength one) as well as self-tapping screws with washers. Taped the entire length, and screws every 3-4 inches.
