Thanks for the replies guys.
A spacer isn't a bad idea... I might just leave it the way it is though, I don't HAVE to be able to fill in that gap, I simply wondered if you could. It kinda makes me wonder if anyone has removed their shift boot and put a metal plate at the bottom of the gear shifter like in the Lamborghini Gallardo: http://image.europeancarweb.com/f/89...erior_view.jpg |
