You gotta take off rear drums and turn the little star looking wheel. Use a flat head screwdriver and turn both sides left wheel and right wheel evenly. Brake shoes may be worn out if handle moving that high also. You can find a DIY for adjusting brakes if you type that in search box that is how I learned lol.
Just remember turn 2-3 clicks at a time. I am not sure how to back if off if you get too tight brakes may drag |
