Well, ya missed out, as I bought a set new for just a little more and that means someone else has my money in their pocket and not you!

Honestly, you did overpay and expecting someone else to recoup your mistake was not likely to happen. There's no way anyone is going to pay more than what I offered for a used set, and the ones I got are exactly the same.

And actually, I lucked out a little as before I bought the set I got, I did a little research and found that Texas requires amber reflectors on the front sides of the vehicle; so if your lights are like the ones pictured they would have been illegal in this state and many others.

I only hope you enjoy your light as much as I am enjoying mine!

Actually, he hasn't been back since his last post in this thread; but considering the only other thread he posted in, maybe we lucked out in not getting those lights!

Looks like he had major issues with them, then he comes on here and tries to highball everyone for them. Well, no wonder he never came back.

Plus, there seems to be some inconsistency in his story. In here he claims "I was just looking for some cash for my diesel" whereas in the other thread he states "I sold my dually." Now, maybe he's got two diesels, but it's suspicious if you ask me!

Secondly, he failed to mention some of the issues he had with these lights ("The halos have an issue, so they are sending me out 4 of the newer brighter replacements free of charge," "I think its a problem with the little black box that the wires come out of," "The drivers side halos stopped working last night!" and "I replaced the Halo LED's they sent. They are brighter being the SMD's but thats all. The drivers side is still on dim when swithced off.:-( I have been through everything with volt meter and its something when they are all tied together... When separate it is fine. Not sure, but I tired of messing with it"). Then there's his last comment, which leads me to believe he was trying to pass of defective goods to someone on this forum.

Unless he comes on here with a reasonable explanation of the above, I think everyone should pass on this "offer." First, he overpaid and then he is having major problems with these lights. I think I ducked a bullet and honestly, even if he does show up here again, his membership in this forum should be under scrutiny unless he does explain everything.

'Cause right now it all looks like to me!
