With that size wheel, you can do almost anything to it to drop it. Cheapest option would probably be Tanabe NF210s. However, Tanabe springs do not last very long - they rust easily.

Or you can get some springs from Garm at Micro Image. He has some decently aggresive ones for under 200 I believe. HE has them made to order.

Cheapest or inexpensive? Tanane makes decent products but any product in harsh conditions will not last. Ride wise, Tanabe springs will not sag over time like other brands.
