If you purchase a complete TS bumper with the grills and fog light mounts, then the only other piece you may need to change is the metal support that sits behind the bumper. The Japanese Yaris (which the TS is) have a metal support and bumper skin that stick out less than the equivalent parts for a US destined Yaris. I am not sure if the European built ones use the smaller version, like the Japanese ones. The part numbers are different for all three, so there must be some difference with the European one.
