I can understand why all the hate of American cars are coming from, because I used to hate them as well.

A lot of things you see on TV, internet, or the media affects the way you think, there were a lot of comments on how bad american cars there, evidently in Top Gear UK show.

To be truthful and taking things from personal perspective, i've driven many new american(mostly chevy) cars while on vacation in US.

They far more superior than what it used to be, in terms of looks and interior design.

I can't comment on the reliability because I only drive for a few days, but I don't see any problems with american cars.

A lot of people buy Ford in the UK and Europe, Ford itself is an American company. And of course Ford overall is better than GM.

Some examples of good american cars are Ford Grand Cherokee, Ford GT, Chevy camaro and Ford Mustang.

So I don't find myself hating American cars as much as I used to be.
