Need dash light help

I wanted an led to illuminate under center switch stack where small catch-all tray is. I used the wire off the radio, green radio illumination wire off back of radio for hot and white/black for common. This would turn light on/off with headlights. This worked fine for a long time. Wire got yanked during a cleaning and my problem is I shorted this wire and while I replaced fuse and got power back, I no longer have dash or speedo illumination once I turn on parking light switch. Lights on dash on when parking switch off / off when parking light switch on. Anyone aware of a relay for dim/bright function of dash lights that perhaps I knocked out? Perhaps same green wire feeds out of radio to dash? Not likely but at loss for answer. Normal operation is when headlight switch in OFF position - bright dash lights, headlight switch in Park/ON position dash lights are toggled to less bright illumination. This is where thought about I killed a relay comes from. Any help appreciated.

Solved by Caineroad - in my process of installing new fuse I had inadvertently rolled the dimmer all the way to off. Nevermind.
