Thanks! IIRC (from previous threads) the number on the 'inside the door plate' starting with a J indicates that it was assembled in Japan.

382 mile trip today to grand rapids and back home. 8.51 gallons use. 44.9 mpg's. the cars computer had it at 44.4, so pretty accurate. most of the trip was 55-70 mph(60%) with some 75-80 mph(20%) and local stop and go (10%).
