Yeah i still have the chunks i cut off the bumstops.. im gonna glue some the leftover bumstops... seriously.. i rather being a bit harder but i want my car to stop bouncing before i get to the rubbing part

ok ...bumpstops are just that they are there to stop ur strut from bottoming out saving them from damage ...by having them longer will stop rubbing but all that ur doing is riding on them as for bounce that is do to worn out struts/shocks a proper set up will have no bounce and bumpstops will only come in to play if u hit something , like a pothole in the road.

My shocks are fine... it only rubs when i go on deeps on highway.. but theres some on my way to work and i hate that.. i cut like 3/4 of bumstop... what im gonna do is put 1/4 more so its like i just cut half.
Its not like im bouncing everywhere... But when road gets bad i rub and hate that... Either fix that or work on fenders... I do all the stuff on the bodyshop i work at... so me very lucky i have plenty of tools... i also trimmed my front springs just a bit so it lowers it a bit more in front.. thats why it rubs even more Quote:
