Has the refrigerant pressure been checked, or have the compressors just been replaced? If the pressure is too high (overcharged) or too low (a leak somewhere) the compressor will shut off to prevent damage. There is also a pressure sensor on the aluminum tubing near the sight glass. If that sensor is bad (pressure measures correctly on both the high pressure side and low pressure side of the system), then that sensor may be bad.
