Before purchasing my Yaris, I actually considered a VW Golf. However, the Golf was about $6,000 more and was less fuel-efficient. Plus, having a 2000 VW Jetta previously with some reliability issues gave VW products less consideration for me. I would actually like to test drive a VW Polo sometime just for fun.
