Took my little harbor freight trailer mod on a 450+ mile trip (one way) to Astoria Ore. Down through the Columbia river gorge at speeds reaching 90MPH. Had vacation gear in it, not a lot of weight. Those are aftermarket LED taillights.

At this time im reading this forum for take ideas.
Well, I looked at the Jeep forum. Those are pretty fancy trailers. I'm not a rich man so my little trailer was super basic. I used CDX plywood some 2x2 and 1x6 wood for reinforcement. I used wood screws and Liquid Nails heavy duty construction adhesive on the 2x2's. The 1x6's I used for the mounts that go into the trailer - these I used nuts and bolts, I also used some aluminum plate to make them stronger.

Pics:
#1 is without the box, flatbed
#2 is the reinforcement inside - front
#3 is the reinforcement inside - back
#4 is one of the mounts
