Dislike current design trends
I like my 2008 4-door Yaris sedan (black, auto, 53,000 miles). Always liked the "4-doors with a trunk" style. The Toyota Echo even had that body style I believe.
I am not a fan of the current design trends on everything from the most expensive cars down to the cheapest. Did Audi start it with the wide open grilles? I am a big Toyota fan and think the 2015 Corolla and Camry look decent, but my main gripe is that Toyota does not offer a 4-door Yaris with a trunk anymore, and the new Yaris hatchback grille looks, well, I just don't care for it. Too radical for a basic puddle jumper in my mind. Does everything need to have the same design queues in the entire automotive world? Can't someone come out with a simple, uncomplicated looking front bumper (again)? Just had to get that off my chest and see where it will go. Maybe there is news that I haven't heard about "less is more" being the new trend? Thanks for reading. Comments?
