The Toyota part-number for the lower chrome hatch-lid trim available on various 2012-2015 Yaris/Vitz outside the USA is PZ415-B0491-ZB. You can google the part number to see where/how it fits. I have thought about ordering it, since it is more low-key than the upper garnish piece would have been in chrome, and does add some nice, needed contrast back there.
I think I would like the OEM SE wheels better if they didn't have so much black in them. I will probably keep them until it is time to buy new tires (or until early next year at least), and then switch to a more-traditional 16" silver-spoke type wheel. Something like this:
