Yes on my wifes Honda Accord Wagon (92) the lug nuts hold the hub caps on, an arrangement that no other makers choses to copy as far as I know.

So if the lug nut locks they cant get your hubcaps either.

Course you cant get the hubcaps off without removing the wheel too.
