yes. you would need a larger/multiple evaporator, condenser, and larger/multiple compressor. your local luxury limo rental place will know all about this.
I have a local limo place that in their suburban limo they run 3 compressors and 15 lbs of refrigerant. I told them that's more than the city busses run! (they are around 5 lbs) |
