its held on by 2 (maybe 3 or 4) nuts from the back. you'll have to remove the plastic trim piece on the back door to get to them. the front emblem doesn't have any tape, it just clips in

The air vent are two pieces that clip together, that then clip to that gray trim piece. you use a flat head screw driver to pry the tabs up
