Having everything on the wrong side makes it difficult without a passenger. Its my experience when i take mine over to Europe. They drive on the wrong side of the road just like you guys do in the states. 😂

On a serious note i'm sure it could be done. You would need a dash pulled out of a JAP/UK/AUS market Yaris and while i'm not an expert you would also need a steering rack because the steering shaft connector would be on the wrong side. Not to mention you would need to swap the clutch and brake master cylinders and lines over to the other side and relocate the accelerator and the cables for it. I'm not familiar with the LHD Yaris but i might assume that the body module which is behind the glove box on the passenger side was moved over to the wrong passenger side for LHD and would need to be moved over to the old drivers side? Also you would need to swap chairs because the passenger seat has less adjustment than the drivers seat.
