I'm curious, are you now running with an SRS light on the dash and non-working airbags, or did you find a way to trick it?
Nope, no way I'm running with an extra dash light on a daily. The SRS light is off and the passenger side airbag is fully functional (see pic below). My wife required it and I wanted it for her safety. The resistor you see in the pics is what I used to bypass it. It will be in the write up.

lol I hope so, engine was off and key was in ignition just to show the SRS light being off.

Great job done there. So much better for tracking.

thanks, and yes it is a much improved seat position. No way to run a stock steering wheel and a race seat with proper body position when you're my height. Now i don't even have to move the seat or the tilt on the steering wheel to get in and out of my car. I just remove the wheel and it is much easier

Very nice. I had the same requirement from my wife lol which is what led me to CT's bypass module when installing my sparco seats. Been holding off on a nice steering wheel because I wasn't aware of a bypass module for the driver side. Your resister workaround might have just slid me into aftermarket wheel territory. Nardi or Momo sure would be nice.

Do it, especially with your aftermstkry seats, the wheel position will be much improved
