My guess is the car is flexing and putting some kind of stress into the dash. I would watch YouTube videos on removing interior noises/ vibrations. People usually use rubber, tape, foam, double sided tape, anything to stuff the voids and make the dash fit tighter or absorb the vibrations more with a softer material
