There is an option to change size.

Just to make sure we are both on same page, when you right click in the Fuel map window, the option to change injector size is click able. Default number is 1000. The only change i did to the file you gave me was enter a new size number of 1250.
Having a vacuum leak never a cured to me. Thinking more about it, thats most likely the culprit behind my stalls. I think, if it is in fact a vacuum leak, it is because I have the boost gauge, the fic, and the bov bypass all tied into the same vacuum line. Think having all those on that one line would cause a stall? Or am i going in the totally wrong direction lol.

your best bet is to trace all the vacuum lines that you touched/hacked/modified for your installation. one of the leading vacuum leak points is actually the one on the FIC itself so pay close attention there too. I cannot recall right off hand what you would have your size at for the 1zz injectors as also unless they were flow tested then there would actually be a range they could be in. CTScott may recall, but I can also look into it as well. I have been running the last month or so without any piggyback or management so I haven't been into the AEM software for a while. The last time that I messed with it was November I think. If you tach the motor up a few grand and let off the throttle is is settling in for a little bit at the 5-600 rpm then into a stall or does it almost stall right off?

It stalls right off. It is not every time however. I'll upload a video of it over the weekend. Show you what my rpms do at idle.
I'll double check all my hoses also. I bet it is from the FIC itself.

When you change injector size you have to put original size then the new size. 250-55ishcc for 1zz 190-200 for 1nz.

I am going to put my 1zz injectors in today to see if I get the same problem as you. But i am leaning more towards you have a vacuum leak somewhere.

Have you gotten any crankshaft codes? I know that's a pretty common problem with the Boomslang, but iirc they addressed that issue. |

Thats good you have no leaks. I installed 1zz injectors and car is running fine. It sucks you have that crankshaft positon code I think that is an issue with 07 yaris.

Did you adjust injector size after you installed them?

Yes i did with the software put in new and old injector sizes 250/200. Which will calculate the 25% difference for you.

Did your fuel map automatically change? And did you have to adjust any of those numbers?

If you are using the tune I gave you just go to change fuel injector size make the new ones 245 make the old ones 190 this should feel stock until boost. I have notice that it will lean at when really getting on it in 1st and 2nd even with 1ZZ injectors. So i will be putting in my return line for fuel and putting a adjustable fuel pressure regulator in and a bigger fuel pump.

So after being on duty all weekend, I drove home with the FIC bypass harness connected. The car ran like stock even in boost. Wasn't lean or rich at WOT.
