I apologize for taking this thread off topic, but again you have Nimble spreading misinformation and attacking other members personally because he isn't bright enough to back up any of his opinions with factual information. I am no where near a pro bodybuilder, I got 3rd in heavyweight in a local comp, that's all. But yes, I managed a GNC for a few years, have been a personal trainer on and off, and yes, it's a passion of mine.
