New Wheels and TRD springs tires rub
Well since iam not a car guy i went to Tiremax had my new set of wheels and tires installed..now i told them and they seem to understand that i was going to be putting the trd springs that will lower the vehicle about 1.2" so i went with the 16x7 Montegi Racing sx5 chrome plated with 35 offset...
But where they screwed up i think is in the tires they said the 205/55/16's will work just fine...well obviously not so now iam coming to the pros what should i tell them the size tire i need to put on this so i dont get any rubbing... The sad thing is i really like the taller sidewall on the vehicle expecially now that is lowered...And i have not been able to pin point where the tires are rubbing... Do yall think a 205/50/16 will be small enough or am I gonna have to go with 45's which if is the case i would like to see if i can just go 17" then... here is a link of pink to the car when it was not lowered.. http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/sho...hp?t=19&page=9 Thanks and sorry for the long post |
