SSK taller shifter

I need some advice. I'll be buying the NST SSK kit and bushings to augment the SS on the engine itself.

I would like a taller shift post, maybe as much as 2-3" more or longer. I'm thinking it will be easier and quicker for some track events and longer AX courses.

Any ideas, or am I off track on this?

He got the SSK, the bushings and the shifter extension from me.

I use the SSK, cable bushings and 2" extension on my car.

I was JUST thinking about doing this over the weekend. I could use ANOTHER 2" extension and a SSK. The extension is awesome, but the throw it getting a little long. Its going to be like an old DTM touring car LOL
