Question about my HID lights.. How do I make them brighter?
Would replacing the stock battery with a high performance battery improve the lights brightness? What else can I do without actually swapping out the HID kit i have for a new one? But if I did decide to swap out... Who makes the best and brightest HID kits? THX!

just get a second battery, and wire it in series. 24Volts will make it twice as bright.

well what K are the bulbs, anything over 6000k is not gonna put out a lot of light to see with.......and if they are in non HID projectors or the reflector headlights they are not gonna work as well either.

Secondly, and more importantly, the HD system is already just by how it works, a VERY BRIGHT lighting system, PERIOD. Why do you need/want to make it brighter? you can always use your high-light setting to have it bright, but believe me, you do not need that. The low-lights are far in excess of the necessary brightness for any and all driving. Maybe you can enlighten us as to the reason for want/need for more brightness? |

I have the ebay projector lights. I think the HID lense is just very dense. Not letting much light out. Or maybe I just have a cheesy HID kit.

Most of HID kits know days work fine, Maybe the cause of the low output is the aftermarket headlights, some of them the mirrors or reflectors don't work too well, did you used them before with the halogen bulbs?
