My 2008 HB came with a factory mounted cruise control stalk, so I was lucky enough to not have to do a mod to include the cruise control. However, this stalk seems EXTREMELY cheap and I've hit it a number of times with my knee already. Before the stalk breaks, I'd like to invest in a new steering wheel that has the cruise buttons built in. I know Garm had one available awhile back (I think it was a JDM wheel from a Toyota SUV?) that had phone and volume buttons on it.
So, is there a way that those buttons could be wired to use them for cruise instead of calls, or, can anyone point me towards a place I can purchase an OEM wheel with the cruise/volume control? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
