break line: 1,5 RS vs. 1,8 TS
Hey!
I drive a 2008 Toyota Yaris TS with 1.8 liter engine (2ZR-FE). The engine have stock 133 HP. Next month i’ll install a supercharger, 2,5 inch exhaust and air incooler from Bemani (Switzerland). The performance after this conversion will be at 215 HP. I would like to modificate the breaks too, because of this high performance. So there are 2 options: 1) A complete beak system from D2 Racing (6 break pistons, stainless steel break lines, drilled + slotted rotor -> about 800 Euro 2) Swap the break pad with better pads, and install stainless steel break lines For version nr. 2 i could buy some break lines in the USA: http://shop.microimageonline.com/Sta...-AP-ssbl-1.htm Does everyone know if these lines apply to my car? Are the different break systems in Germany (a German 1.8 TS is built in Japan) and the American Yaris? Thank you so much! Patrick |
