First Yaris Purchase - Low Mileage 2007 Yaris

Hello all, my name is Lukethecoder, and I'm a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville studying computer science.

I recently discovered my love of the Toyota Yaris, and found a nice little beauty that only has 66K miles on it! The only issue is the clear coat is peeling off (which I've heard is a common issue for the first generation Yaris, is this true?).
I wanted your opinions on it, given that I am brand new to the world of the Toyota Yaris.
