If you used the terminal on the under dash fuse panel for your keyless entry, that same point would be fine for the window power. That tap point is a 60A capable supply, so you can use a female spade terminal that can accept 12 AWG wire and then connect two separate in-line fuse holders to it. I have my remote starter, my heated seats, and my power hatch popper all connected there with four separate fuses.
