I was lowered on Micro Image springs and ran same size tire (but i think mine was 45 series), on similar sized wheel.
only rubbed in front during really hard cornering

The rear only rubbed on the freeway (bumpy portions) with 3 passengers weighing a total of 675 lbs or so.
