I put in a fidanza flywheel in my echo this winter.
Replace the clutch housing, clutch and throw-out bearing. I pulled the drive shafts ; not that hard when you figure out where to pry from. I had to lower the sub-frame; I tried, but couldn't find a way around that. I used a cut up office chair and car jack as my transmission jack. Not ideal but it worked. I used the front strut bar and garage rafters as an engine hoist. Again crude, but it worked. |
