Custom Tripple Gauge Pod just in from Camelll - Toyota Yaris Forums

I just got it today, its perfect, however I am gonna need to change my clips since the back of this pillar is different easy fix tho. I should point this was built with the original stock pillar.

When air bags are deployed the pillar shoots to the right on my original the clip has a lock (a hold of it) so when it deployeds it shoots about 2 inches to the right and remains attached when it comes out

Really nice work. I am pretty pleased with how mine turned out as well. Didn't go through the same place, but it looks like you can do it pretty easily on your own if you have the inclination.

believe it or not I was able to find the clips only from toyotapartszone.com or toyota themselves and when you calculate shipping it was actually cheaper to just go through the dealer...might not be the same for you though.

NAPA did not have them so I went to my dealershit and got em for $1.09 each not bad I guess

Nope...that is the texture that he put on it. He texturizes so he recommends that you ship him both sides so that he can make them match. My camera is so sharp on pics sometimes that it makes things a little too crisp I think. The texture is more subtle than it looks in all honesty.

Nathan will place them where ever you want them to be. I chose mine to be that way. I am 6'2" so where they are allows me to see above them in front of me easier when looking to that side through the windshield.

BTW...I just threw my gauges into the holes for the pics...they aren't mounted as of yet. I am going to be putting them in this weekend. Might not have them hooked up yet, but at least they won't be empty for now.

OK guys here is the differences from 07 with SRS and with out the SRS the longer clip is with the Air bags

ahhhhhhhhh FUCK MY LIFE just found out while test fitting it that the tripple pod from a non SRS has more plastic and the SRS one has a gap so that the air bag falls right in it hahahahahha. No biggie tho lol thats when the DREMEL comes in
