Shock, Spring, Brake & Tire Upgraded
I went to 2 different shops driving and waiting all day..got my suspensions upgraded today..
Shocks & Springs Yaris or the sedan version Vios dont really need the full coilovers unless your doing mad tracks..I got a aftermarket oem replacement performance shocks & springs lowering 1.5 front and 1.4 back..20-30% stiffer and lesser body roll..I know some people might complain about the riding heights but i drive turbo diesel suv when i go outside the city ;) no more body roll at 90km turns or nose dive during braking..pretty amazing, huge difference..i heard KYBs with Tanabe, H&R and Teins a good upgrade too.. i saw people upgrading their Yaris/Vios with coilovers/shock,springs and they told me its fun to drive around and hitting hard corners..amen to that Tires i had stock Dunlop SP2030 tires and drove 40,000km...piece of garbage crap...picked up Hankook V2 Concept 2, very decent..i did not choose RS-3 tires because im not doing track..i think everybody have their own favored tires so stick with whatever brand that you prefer..upgrading tires = full throttle Brakes i had stock oem brakes from toyota..piece of garbage just heats up real quick..i got pair of Mu Spec, N Sport Project MU distributor in Thailand..pretty good so far.. Front Tower Strut and Rear Sway Bar i talked to the company that sell strut braces, they said front and rear sway bar makes up most of the stiffness for Yaris/Vios..so just like they recommanded, i purchased front and rear.. i drove about 30km on the highway testing my upgrades, im like stuck to the floor..lol you can ask me any questions here, ill be glad to answer them ![]() Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk
