The only way to make this work would be to get the rear torsion beam, caliper, and e brake cables from a wrecked mk 3 SE Yaris. Since there are very few wrecked mk 3 SE trim Yaris around your odds of finding one may not be so good. Buying these parts new is not really an option since it would be very expensive for the marginal performance boost. Since the Yaris is a very light car and 80% of the braking force comes from the front brakes I feel that rear disc's on the Yaris are more of an aesthetic upgrade. Also rear drums often require no maintenance and can typically last 120K before needing replacement.
