215/40/r16 rubbing ?

I currently have yokohama s-drives in front this size and there is no rubbing as i am not dropped at all.. I wonder whether there will be rubbing in the back if i have the same size tires.
my mags are 7" wide with offset 38.

p.s My car is completly stock . I am also wondering whether itll be bad for the engine or gears.

Thanks
